A trading house that
became a builder.
Nineteen years of moving goods and supplying materials, now carrying projects from the foundation to the final fitting.
We set out to build a real base and a good name in shipping and building supply. We ended up a partner in the rebuilding itself.
Chairman · North Africa Holding
From the beginning, the aim was a genuine base and a strong reputation in shipping and in the supply of building materials — and everything a client needs alongside them, from the first stage of construction through to the last details of landscaping, finishing, and indoor and outdoor furniture.
We attracted the best brands and signed several international agencies in service of that principle. Over time the group became a substantial contributor and an economic partner in development and reconstruction in Libya, through the delivery of major projects.
From that position we achieved the largest shipments of cement, reinforcing steel, insulation and sanitary materials in our markets, along with garden supply and furniture, hotel fitting-out, and environmentally friendly products for cleaning and sterilisation in hotels and hospitals. After-sales is handled by our own customer service departments in Egypt, Libya and the other countries where we hold branches.

What the group is today.
North Africa Holding was founded with the ambition of building a strong base and a leading reputation in shipping and in the supply of building materials and every supporting product. The group offers integrated solutions that meet client needs at every stage of a project, from core construction work through to final finishes — including garden fitting, and interior and exterior furniture.
The company succeeded in attracting leading international brands and securing several international agencies, which strengthened its position as an active economic partner and a principal contributor to development and reconstruction projects.
It continues to expand into contracting and construction, working from a modern outlook that tracks what the market asks for and contributes to sustainable development.

Vision, mission and values.
To be the group the region builds with.
A supplier and contractor trusted across North and East Africa for the whole life of a project, not one stage of it.
Supply what the work needs, when it needs it.
Hold the agencies, the stock and the logistics that let a project keep moving, and stand behind them after handover.
Integrity
Commitments are met as written, on price and on date.
Innovation
Modern methods and materials brought into markets that have not seen them.
Sustainability
Environmentally sound products carried as a matter of policy, not marketing.
Partnership
Long relationships with manufacturers, contractors and government bodies.
Excellence
Judged on what is delivered to site, not on what is promised in a meeting.
